There are two main options.
1. Contact your broker
Your broker can access our Powered by Agile platform and create a quote in a few minutes.
2. Through a platform
If you schedule your shipping through a logistics platform or Load Board the cover will be made available for you to select whether you want to purchase.
Inland Transit (often referred to as Shippers Interest) covers goods or personal belongings being transported in Australia only, and not any exporting or importing activity. It will cover physical loss or damage to your goods as a result of accidental damage or insured perils.
Your policy documents will be emailed to the policy holder or your broker directly. You will also be provided a login to https://my.poweredbyagile.com.au where you can view and download your documents.
Cover is only available for goods in transit within Australia.
The Policyholder has fourteen (14) days from the date We confirmed, electronically or in writing, that cover under this Policy meets Your needs. The Policyholder may cancel this Policy by calling Us on 1300 705 031 or advising Us in writing (contact details can be found on page 4) within those fourteen (14) days.
We will refund any Premiums the Policyholder has paid during this period. These cooling off rights do not apply if You have made or You are entitled to make a claim during this period.
You can select your excess at the time of purchase and this will be reflected on the schedule documentation. When you make a claim this excess amount will be deducted from any payment.
This product is designed for Shippers of cargo and goods and logistics platforms and load boards who are transporting goods within Australia.
No. You must insure goods prior to them being transported.

This product provides physical loss or damage cover to goods valued up to $500,000 AUD.
You can visit our online claims portal and lodge your claim at any time.
Before You submit a claim, We recommend You use this checklist to help You get what You need to support Your claim. When You submit Your claim, You will be required to tell Us what happened and provide Us with all the documents We ask for.
It is important that You obtain as much documentation as possible at the time the situation occurs, as it can be difficult to obtain some documents. Documents we may require include:
- Proof of purchase invoice and/or receipt of purchase
- Copy of the consignment note / transport document and invoice/s. Transit documents may include, but are but not limited to, a postage or lodgement receipt, tracking sticker found on certain prepaid satchels, and envelopes.
- Photo(s) of the damaged good(s)
- If you are able to provide a photo of your goods prior to the transit, this may help speed up the process of your claim.
- Get a written report or Certificate from relevant parties.
- Keep originals of all documents that You submit electronically.
- Lodge Your claim at the latest within thirty (30) days of the situation that gives rise to Your claim.
Do not, unless We have approved:
- admit that You are at fault, or
- offer or promise to pay any money, or
- become involved in litigation.
Your cover commences when the goods are first moved for the purpose of being loaded onto the conveyance for transit a to the contracted destination and continues during the ordinary course of transit
Your cover ends when the goods are unloaded and delivered to the destination or 30 days after the Transport Operator is scheduled to deliver the Goods to the contracted destination,
